Our capabilities

Injection moulding, blow moulding, assembly, packing and consulting — all under one roof in Hobro.

Injection Moulding

Injection moulding is the most widely used method for manufacturing precise plastic components in larger series. Molten plastic is injected under high pressure into a closed steel tool, where it cools and solidifies into the finished part. The process is fully automatic and gives high reproducibility even on complex geometries.

Our injection moulding department is equipped with machines from small to large formats with clamping forces up to 800 tonnes, and we produce parts from 0.3 grams to 2,000 grams. We handle a broad spectrum — from small components with fine tolerances to larger technical parts.

We use automation in handling and post-processing where it makes sense, and we are happy to take over existing production from another supplier. Contact us for a no-obligation review of your task.

Blow Moulding

Blow moulding is used to manufacture hollow plastic components with uniform wall thickness. The process combines extrusion and blow forming: a warm plastic tube is formed, enclosed in a mould and inflated with air so the material is pressed against the mould wall and solidifies.

The method is ideal for containers, bottles, canisters, drums and technical pipe components — and offers great freedom in shape and design. We produce parts from 6 grams to 1,000 grams and handle both smaller and larger series with short changeover times.

We advise on mould design, wall thicknesses and material selection already in the development phase, so we avoid costly adjustments later. With decades of experience in blow moulding, we can help with everything from simple geometries to complex parts with demanding requirements.

Manual Assembly & Special Assembly

Not all tasks lend themselves to full automation. For products with varying geometries, changing variants or lower volumes, we offer manual assembly carried out by our experienced staff at the factory in Hobro.

We perform press-fit assembly using pressurised and manual press tools, ensuring consistent and controlled assembly every time. We mount shafts, insert components and ensure that tolerances and fits are met — whether the task is simple or more demanding.

In addition to the assembly itself, we offer label application, packing in display packaging for retail and palletising for warehouse or direct dispatch. We prepare the product right up to the point you require — so it leaves our factory ready to use.

Fully Automatic Assembly & Bag Filling

With two fully automated assembly lines we can handle the entire post-processing task — from individual component to finished, packed product ready for the shelf or onward distribution.

Our equipment features automatic counting and bag filling, ensuring that a precise number of parts is placed in each bag. Mispacks are eliminated, and you can rely on the quantity stated on the packaging always being correct.

In addition to bag filling, we offer assembly of components, label application and preparation for retail or industry. Automation provides high capacity and consistent output — particularly well suited for large series.

Quality Control & Precision Measurement

Consistent quality is not something we promise — it is something we document. We have the capacity to measure and weigh parts at fixed intervals during production, so deviations are detected early and never reach the customer.

Our quality control covers dimensional measurements, weight checks and visual inspection. We can set up documented control procedures tailored to your product's specifications and your industry requirements.

We work systematically and with a focus on delivery reliability. If you require special documentation, traceability or statistical process control, we will discuss what is possible and sensible for your specific task.
