Materials & Colours

Welcome to our production of plastic components, where we offer a wide range of materials and colours to meet your specific needs. With over 10 different materials and more than 150 colours, we are confident that we can find the perfect solution for your project.

Materials & Colours

We work with a broad range of thermoplastics — from standard materials to technical plastics with special requirements. In addition to PE and PP, we produce in ABS, Nylon (PA6 and PA6.6) and glass-fibre-reinforced nylon for applications requiring high stiffness and thermal stability.

We also offer materials with sustainable profiles: bio-based PE made from sugar cane, recycled PE and PP made from recycled fishing nets. All materials can be supplied in more than 150 colours — if we don't have your colour, we match it with our masterbatch supplier.

Material selection always takes place in close dialogue with you. We ask about requirements for temperature, UV exposure, food contact, chemicals or mechanical load — and we advise openly on what gives the best value for your specific product.

  • Polyethylene (PE): A versatile material known for its durability and flexibility. Ideal for a wide range of applications.
  • Polypropylene (PP): A lightweight and strong material that is resistant to chemicals and heat. Perfect for both industrial and commercial applications.
  • Bio-PE: An environmentally friendly alternative to traditional PE, made from renewable resources.
  • In-house recycled PE: Our own recycled material that helps reduce waste and promote sustainability.
  • Fishing net PP: An innovative material made from recycled fishing nets, helping to clean the oceans and reduce plastic waste.
  • Nylon (PA6 & PA6.6): A strong and wear-resistant material with good heat resistance. Well suited for technical components under mechanical load.
  • Glass-reinforced nylon: Nylon reinforced with glass fibres for high stiffness and thermal stability. Used for components with demanding strength and dimensional requirements.
  • K-Resin: A clear and impact-resistant material that is ideal for packaging and display products.
  • Polystyrene (PS): A versatile material that is easy to shape and ideal for a variety of applications.
